- Smart and flexible mixer control: The mixer control panel manages the speeds of connected mixers based on load and demand. Speed adjustments can be made via the touchscreen, automation system, or external 4–20 mA signals. This ensures effective water mixing while achieving energy savings.
- User-friendly touchscreen interface: The 7-inch color touchscreen allows easy input of system parameters and clear monitoring of current operating conditions. Text-based menus provide intuitive navigation for the user.
- High reliability and safety: Each mixer has a dedicated frequency converter, allowing independent control. In case of malfunction, an error message is displayed on the screen, and a separate red fault lamp lights up. The emergency stop button enables the system to be safely shut down.
- Safe outdoor usage: Thanks to its IP65 protection rating, thermostat-controlled ventilation, and heating system, the panel can be installed outdoors. A specially designed base provides additional protection against water ingress.
- Advanced communication and integration: An Ethernet interface with standard Modbus RTU communication is provided, while ProfiNET protocol can optionally be integrated. This allows easy connection to existing SCADA or remote monitoring systems.
Conception
The mixer control panel is equipped with a separate frequency converter for each mixer or recirculation pump. Speed references can be entered and operating parameters monitored via the touchscreen. With extensive alarm and monitoring functions, the system ensures a safe control environment for the operator. The enclosure is metal-coated with IP65 protection, designed for outdoor conditions.
