Operating Principle
Depending on the need, mixer speeds are manually adjusted via the screen to ensure homogeneous water mixing. Speed changes can be made manually from the touchscreen, via automation, or through external 4–20 mA signal inputs. Operating and fault conditions are visually indicated on the panel with separate indicator lights. In case of a fault, detailed information can be retrieved from the screen. Remote monitoring is supported through Modbus RTU or optional ProfiNET connection.
The mixer control panel performs speed control of connected mixers via frequency converters according to load and demand. Parameters can be entered and operating conditions monitored through the touchscreen. The panel has an IP65 protection rating and is suitable for outdoor installation. Modbus RTU communication protocol is provided as standard, while ProfiNET is available upon request.
